And what needs to change over the next 16 weeks. For active people over 40 who train hard but no longer bounce back the way they used to.
How to train consistently again, without needing longer and longer to recover after every hard session.
How to reduce the recurring stiffness, soreness and niggles that make you feel older than you are.
How to rebuild the confidence that your body can still adapt, progress and perform.
Not vague promises. A genuinely different way of understanding your own body.
Over about 40 minutes, I will take you through four things that change how you see your recovery.
The four mistakes that stop active people in their 40s and 50s recovering like they used to.
The hidden hierarchy that slows recovery, even when you are doing the right things.
Why "normal" bloodwork does not always mean optimal recovery.
How your bloodwork and your story together give you a faster, clearer plan.

I am Lou. I am a chartered physiotherapist with an MSc in Pain Science, and the founder of Cornwall Physio and Performance Health. I have been in practice for 21 years, and for the last 10 I have been teaching and mentoring other practitioners.
But the reason I do this work is personal. Years ago I was training for marathons, looking fit on paper and completely exhausted underneath, collecting one diagnosis after another. Nobody was asking what my whole system was trying to tell me. When I finally started looking at the body as one connected system, everything changed. That is what I want to share with you.
Live on Zoom, 7pm (UK). Around 40 minutes. No replay planned.
