DNA shows what you are predisposed to. Epigenetics shows how those genes are being expressed now. With your bloodwork, the three lenses become one picture: what your body is set up for, how it is responding, and what to do about it.

Example. Bloods show a methylation signal (raised homocysteine, borderline B vitamins). Genetics confirms whether you carry MTHFR variants. Epigenetics shows how strongly those variants are being expressed today. The plan becomes specific: which B vitamins, in which form, at which dose.

The two are built for different jobs: the GP panel detects or rules out specific diseases; the functional panel gives a fuller picture of how interconnected systems are running.

I arrange everything through a UK-wide phlebotomy network. You attend a local clinic at a time that suits you. The sample is processed at a UKAS-accredited laboratory. There is also a home-visit option in some areas.

Not at all. The Flagship Programme runs entirely online. The blood draws happen at your local clinic, the calls happen on Zoom, and the plan comes to you digitally. I work with clients across the UK and internationally.
