The Benchmark

The Performance Health Benchmark, £599, from Performance Health AI Ltd, trading as Performance Health, delivered by Lou Nicholettos. It includes your blood draw at a partner clinic, the lab analysis, your Blueprint questionnaire, your Benchmark report and a 15 minute results call. It's a wellness and performance analysis, not a medical diagnosis, and it doesn't replace care from your GP.

Changing your mind about the Benchmark

Because you order online you have 14 days to change your mind. When you order, you ask me to start straight away rather than wait, so your kit and booking aren't held up. If you cancel before your test is ordered you get a full refund. If you cancel after it's ordered but before your blood draw, the £200 lab and phlebotomy cost already committed is deducted. Once your blood has been taken the work is under way and no refund is due, but your report and results call still go ahead. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.

The programmes: Flagship and Self-Guided

The Performance Health Flagship Programme and the Self-Guided Programme are from Performance Health AI Ltd, trading as Performance Health, delivered by Lou Nicholettos. What's included, the fee and any payment plan are set out on your payment link and in the email that came with it. They're wellness and performance programmes, not medical treatment, and they don't replace care from your GP.

The programme fee is for the programme as a whole. If you pay by instalments, they continue until the agreed fee is paid, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Where your programme includes an advanced test, the kit is ordered on payment and its cost is committed at that point.

Changing your mind about a programme

Because you buy at a distance you have 14 days from payment to change your mind. When you pay, you ask me to start straight away rather than wait, so your tests are ordered and the work begins. If you cancel within the 14 days, you pay for the tests already ordered, the consultations already held and the work already done for you, and any balance is refunded to the card you paid with. After the 14 days the programme runs as agreed and the fee, including any remaining instalments, is payable. If your circumstances change, email me and we'll talk it through.
